How to get the most out of your property website & marketing kit

• There's many website design templates to choose from. Switch between them by going to the "Site Design" tab and clicking "select design style". If you're a tinkerer you can customize things further under design settings, and even specify different designs for tablets, mobile etc.

• If you haven't already, log in to your account and add your own contact info, and logo and photo if you have it. Those will then appear on the website and marketing tools.

• Enter description, price, info etc on the "Site Data" page. This will also populate into the social media tiles, flyers, etc.

• You can choose the images that scroll through at the top of the page by "starring" them on the site media page, and then going to "adjust design settings" under site design and unchecking all the boxes under Media Player except for "highlighted media". You can also click the eye icon to hide an image from the website if desired. You can also rename them if you desire, and then uncheck "hide photo names" if you'd like to have labels on the website.

• Go to the Print Materials tab to select different pre-made flyer designs. They will show up on the website as downloadable, unless you click the eyeball icon to hide them. They will pull the site info you entered on the site data page but you can customize the text to fit as well, and you can choose the images that show (by default they will show the "starred" images) as well as make other customizations.

• You can also completely customize the social media tiles (found on the “Marketing Kit” tab).

• The Lead Capture page has a phone number that when called will give information about the listing. Share this number anywhere. The number calling or texting will be recorded so you can follow up.
