We all know that almost all home buyers are starting their search online, and that the best quality professional photos are needed to set your listing apart and catch viewers’ attention. And when a buyer sees a home that catches their attention, the imagine starts up and they visualize a perfect day in their beautiful new house. This is where an empty property is at a disadvantage. Photos of four walls and a floor often aren’t enough to get someone in that frame of mind. Often times it can put too much pressure on a viewer to conceptualize a room’s full potential (or even what room they’re looking at).
